We have Arati followed by meditation, every Saturday and Sunday evening between 5:30 - 6:30 PM.
Every 3rd Saturday volunteer work starts at 3:00 PM followed by Snacks/Tea. Devotees can Vacuum/Clean/Dust premises and in Summer, participate in Gardening and other activities.
Every Sunday evening at 4.30 PM, we will be having Math class in Algebra I and Algebra II targeted towards students studying these subjects in 8, 9 and 10th grades from 1/9/2022 . The class will be taught by a student devotee volunteer from Trumbull High School who is known for his math proficiency and passion for teaching and service. There will be no charges for this class. We have the pleasure to announce that Vivekananda Vedanta Center of Connecticut has an active Musical Choir group to engage, involve and train adult, youth and children of Connecticut to perform in musical events, skits and speeches related to Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Maa and Swami Vivekananda’s life and teachings. Members of the choir will learn and practice songs to be presented once a month at the Center. We cordially invite all of you, especially the youth and children to take this opportunity to actively engage, perform and lead future events that will be planned by the Choir group.
